Please review all policies before booking your session
Booking & Deposit Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. This deposit is applied toward your final session price. For couples' treatments, a deposit is required per treatment. No exceptions.
All appointments must be booked through our Vagaro Booking App. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking. A consultation will be conducted during the first 15 minutes of your first appointment. Please review and complete all intake forms at the time of booking.
Late, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Late arrivals: We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking. Any additional rescheduling incurs a $50 fee.
No-shows: Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the booked session fee.
Package Policy
Packages expire 90 days from the date of your first session. If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, your session will be marked as a no-show. You may choose to forfeit that session from your package or pay a $50 reinstatement fee.
Please note: 20% of any package purchased is non-refundable upon activation. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. No exceptions.
Mobile Post-Op Care — Service Area & Policies
Luxara Body Studio now offers mobile post-op massage and lymphatic drainage for clients recovering at home throughout Orange County and Los Angeles.
SERVICE AREA
We currently provide mobile post-op care to the following areas:
Orange County: Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Tustin, Lake Forest, Aliso Viejo, and surrounding cities.

MOBILE SESSION POLICIES
Travel fee: A travel fee applies to all mobile appointments based on distance from our Irvine studio. You will be quoted your travel fee at the time of booking before any charge is applied.
Minimum booking: Mobile sessions require a minimum 90-minute booking.
Single 60-minute sessions are not available for mobile appointments.
Deposit: A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all mobile bookings. This deposit is applied toward your session total.
Space requirements: Please ensure a clear, clean space is available for your session — a bed or floor mat works well. You do not need a massage table. We bring all necessary supplies.
Cancellation: Mobile appointments require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made inside 48 hours forfeit the full deposit. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Safety: For the safety of our specialist, all mobile appointments are conducted in private residences, hotel rooms, or approved recovery facilities only. We do not service public locations.
Post-surgical clearance: All mobile post-op clients must be cleared by their surgeon for soft-touch massage before their first session. We will ask for confirmation of clearance at the time of booking.

What to Wear & Bring
​
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to remove and put back on. If you are wearing a compression garment or faja, bring it we will work around it and help you put it back on after your session.
Arrive hydrated. Drink plenty of water before and after your appointment to support your lymphatic system and maximize results.
Bring any post-op instructions from your surgeon to your first visit. We review and follow your surgeon's guidelines for every session.
