Down below will be a list of a few policies to take into consideration before you book your appointment.

 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL POLICIES BEFORE PROCEEDING TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

 

• All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your final price. If you are planning to book couple treatments there will be charge of deposit per treatment. No exceptions.

BEFORE & AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT:

• Drink at least 3-4 liters of water each day during series. (soft drink, soda, juice are not recommended).

• You should not eat 2 hours before and 1 hour after treatment

• Do not drink ANY alcohol in the day of treatment or 48hrs after.

• SKIN TIGHTENING OR VELASHAPE TREATMENTS  only Do not have a hot shower (warm is alright), jacuzzi  or sauna for 72 hours after treatment - possibly longer depending on clients sensitivity 

• Absolutely no sun or tanning bed if you are under any type of skin tightening treatments 

• Diet: Eating a balanced, healthy diet of lots of greens and fresh fruits is recommended.

• Exercise: Do brisk exercise for at least 20 minutes after your treatment to stimulate lymph movement.

• You can return to work or normal activities straight after treatment.

• Heart Problems, Diseases or Pacemaker

• High Blood Pressure

• Cancer

• Kidney Damage, Diseases or Problems.

• Liver Damage, Diseases or Problems.

• Acute Inflammatory Processes

• Hemorrhagic Disease, Trauma or Bleeding

• Medical Plastic Parts or Parts With Metal Inside

• Abnormal Immune System

• Numb or Insensitive to Heat

• Avoid during Menstrual Period

If you are a new client, consultation will be done in the first 15 minutes of your appointment.

No deposit = no appointment. Deposits go toward your final price.

PACKAGES EXPIRE 90 DAYS FROM WHEN YOU STARTED YOUR FIRST SESSION

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

Late policy is strictly enforced. 

We have a 15 minute grace period, if you are 15+ minutes late, we WILL cancel your appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice (ONE FREE RESCHEDULE ANY ADDITIONAL RESCHEDULE IS $50)

NO SHOW CLIENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% FEE OF BOOKED SESSION

 

Your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before you appointment will result in loss of your deposit. New deposit is required to schedule another session with us.

 

Packages & Cancellation

 Any cancelations made 4 hours before your appointment your session will be marked as “no show” and you’ll have the option of losing a session from your package OR paying $50 to reinstate your session that you lost.

If you are prone to being late or getting lost easily, please leave your starting destination a little earlier to avoid being late.

DISCLOSURE ON PACKAGES: 20% of completion will result in no refund.
